Here are some things that seem to be an error, or needs to be added as soon as possible.

Compare between clans (as a whole)
Compare between clans (looking at individual users)
Allow user's stats (and xp in that skill) to be edited if the username is NOT registered AND if the skill is not already in the highscore.
Allow user's stats (and xp in that skill) to be edited by the user if the stats is not in the highscore.
All "N/A" stats that haven't already been changed or edited should be stored as the integer of "1".
I assume that the "EXP this week" is working, but it would be awesome to somehow check it to make sure.
The "rank" status should have more options.
The "Lvl" should be collected by adding up all the levels individually (with "1" if N/A skill)
The "Exp" should be collceted by adding up all the exp individually (with "0" if N/A skill)
With requests from other users of the highscores, people would like to see clan average combat level and clan average xp.
Have a method dealing with name changing.
When you try to look at any clan's fletching high Scores, everyone is at "1" fletching?
When trying to give another user Founder "or admin" abilities over a clan, the user is still known as "member" and has no powers.
Make it so that you have to have at least ONE founder in the clan before the original founder leaves.
When leader of one clan leaves, take away all his powers from the previous clan (I'm still able to delete peeps from other clan, but can't force update and such)
Members who aren't ranked in anything should (as stated above) be able to edit stats, or be assumed that they are lvl 1 in everything.

Comparison between clans is in progress. I'm not sure what exactly you mean by "Looking at individual users".

Stored in the database as a '1' besides the current '-1'? Or displayed to the user as '1'. The latter doesn't make sense.

If you would like I can change this to daily for now?

Why not just pull the level from RS highscores, like it's doing now? Same for EXP?

It's all fairly easy. To retrieve XP from Any date shouldn't be a problem. It's just a question of "How should we display this to the user"

I mean, comparison of CLANS (ex: RuneHints #1 before Hotstuff #2 before Revelers #3) and players (choose whatever clans you want to compare ) and show the users in those clans.

Some people don't have stats in the highscores, either because the you need a very high level to be in the RS highscores, or they just have a rather low level - this way it'll make "overall" level more accurate.

Sorry, I meant that N/A skills should be counted as 1 instead of -1. When the computer averages the skills in a clan, it subtracts one and throws off the more likely average.

I just want to make sure this works - it hasn't changed yet, but I don't think it's been a week either.

Well, the RH highscores should take priority over what a user edited their skill lvl and exp to become, but if the RS highscore doesn't have anything in that skill, the user's edited stats take priority - if he didn't edit his stats, it should be treated as "level 1, exp 0"

This is all relatively easy apart from the "name changing".

Sorry to admit it, but I recently came back to RS. I haven't played since 05' and this concept is new to me lol. I won't be able to figure this out right away. I don't know how RS keeps track of name changes. There must be some unique identifier. If anyone has any hints please let me know.

I've been quite busy lately and i'll be gone this weekend. Once I get back I should be able to knock out the rest of the changes.

Alrighty, no pressure. Each user must have a unique ID that they must have attributed to them and that's how their name is able to change with ease...that's the only thing I can think of.
