I'm currently level 31 Agility, and I've been doing quests/the gnome agility course to level up. Is there another course or action I can do to raise my level? (No I'm not talking about hopping over the crumbling wall in Falador 50 billion times)

Agility arena tickets, get 1000 of them, you will jump far into the level 60's

Either Brimhaven, or you could do Barbarian course, then work your way to Ape Atoll.

Barbarian course at level 35 agility but you got to finished that sort of quest/ mission thing before they allow you to go in.
