To register your name, get on the name you would like to register. If it displays

"NickServ- This nickname is registered and protected. If it is your
-NickServ- nick, type /msg NickServ IDENTIFY password. Otherwise,
-NickServ- please choose a different nick. -NickServ-
If you do not change within one minute, I will change your nick",
you must change your nickname to something else. When it doesn't display that message, you may click the "R" button on the topright of the chat screen



and it will ask for

1. Your desired password



2. Your email address



You will then be sent an email with a message to type in on the status screen. Copy and paste it and you will get a confirmation message. Now at any given time you may enter "/ns id yourpassword"* and you will be able to go to certain channels you couldnt before.

Congrats! You have just registered you account and may identify yourself to go in certain forums.

*Note-In chat options there is an autoidentify button you may press so that you dont have to type in this message.
